Shipping Rates for Mammals
 

Our mammals can only be shipped through the airlines. Please do not ask us to send them any other way because we won’t do it! We ship through United Airlines (PetSafe) or Delta Airlines for the cost of $250.00 The animals are shipped in IATA approved crates and will arrive the same day that they are shipped.

If you purchase one or more animals, the shipping charge will remain at $250.00 per order.

You will receive a bag of our baby or adult food with your shipment.

We ship to legal states with the continental U.S. and to some parts of Canada. We are also licensed exporters and can ship to most countries in the world. Please ask us for more information about exporting our mammals.

We ship mainly every Thursday but will sometimes ship Friday and Saturday, we will contact you to make arrangements for the flight information and the arrival time.

You must pick up your new pet at the airport.

We guarantee that our animals will arrive safe and healthy.

* If you do not want your new pet shipped, you can avoid the shipping charge and pick the animal up at our store. For store pick-up, please call (281) 590-0426 to place your order.

Shipping Rates for Supplies
 

Ground shipping can vary depending on the size & weight of your order. We will notify you if there are any changes to your shipping charges.

Shipping on oversized or overweight items such as seed, feed, bedding, cages or other large items require additional shipping charges. You will be notified of the additional charges before your order is processed.
